Victor Willis

Victor Willis was the original lead singer and cop character of the Village People, the disco group whose song "Y.M.C.A." became one of the most recognisable songs in the world. He co-wrote many of the group's biggest hits including "Y.M.C.A.", "In the Navy", and "Go West". The songs became anthems of joy and inclusivity that transcended their era — "Y.M.C.A." is still played at nearly every sporting event on Earth.
