Tyler Duckworth first appeared on MTV's The Real World: Key West in 2006 before going on to compete in six seasons of The Challenge, winning the show twice. He was found unresponsive in his North Dakota apartment on August 13 after a neighbour noticed water seeping from his unit — discovered in an overflowing bathtub. No signs of trauma or foul play were found. A cause of death had not been officially determined. He was 44.
